my story

For the first half of my career, I treated business as a math problem. I became a VP of Corporate Finance by age 27. I managed international sports marketing projects and led worldwide sales teams. I had the suit, the title, and the strategy.But I realized that strategy accounts for only 20% of results. The other 80% depends on the humans executing it - their stories, their blocks, and their ability to connect.Today, I operate at the intersection of Business Strategy and Practical Spirituality.My "laboratory" is unique:

  • Professionally, I have spent 20+ years navigating high-stakes corporate environments and searching for meaning.

  • Personally, I am a father of 5 in a blended family of 11 children. (If you want to learn about negotiation and crisis management, try getting 11 distinct personalities to agree on dinner).
